Due to our state-of-the-art Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) Department, milling, and turning centers, RAPID PRECISION INDUSTRIES LTD. facilities rival that of many dedicated machine shops.  We are equipped to manufacture very precise and complex parts in both production and prototype quantities.

Our CNC Department performs various operations with accuracy and consistency, and is able to maintain tolerances in ten-thousandths (.0001) of an inch.  These machines are also ideal for performing secondary operations rapidly and economically without compromising quality.

To increase efficiency, our Cad/Cam Department works in conjunction with our CNC Department.  Before transferring detailed information to our CNC machinery and running a part, our operators have created a 3D virtual model to ensure accuracy within the manufacturing process and, therefore, significantly reduce any setup scrap associated with CNC machining.
