RAPID PRECISION INDUSTRIES LTD. has an on-site, in-house, Inspection Department, which is segregated in our Quality Control Room.  All of our CNC Machining and Inspection equipment is purchased new from some of the best companies in the world.

By combining the best equipment and software currently available on the market, we are able to accurately manage the extensive volume of parts moving through the company on a daily basis.

As part of our comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Program, all of our metrology equipment is maintained and calibrated regularly and, therefore, kept in A1 condition.All manufacturing operations, from raw material receiving, to first article, to in-process inspection, to final inspection, support confirmation of critical characteristics and conformity of our standards with the customer’s specifications.

At this phase of the manufacturing process, our team of elite Quality Control Inspectors is consulted for their approval prior to all production runs.  As well, all finished products undergo an intensive, meticulous final inspection procedure.  The Quality Assurance Report guarantees that optimal satisfaction has been achieved.
